Experiential Learning

Experiential learning is a powerful way to help people in, "developing personal understanding, knowledge, skills and attitudes through the analysis of an activity" andthen implement those changes for better performance.

Methodology


Experiential learning is an engaged learning process whereby students “learn by doing” and by reflecting. Well-planned, supervised and assessed experiential learning programs can stimulate academic inquiry by promoting disciplinary learning, cultural awareness, leadership, career development, professional and other intellectual skills.

The Outbound Training is a technique used to enhance the efficiency of employees through Experiential Learning.
